At Lily and Todd, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
